Packaging/Shipping Information:

All of our items are vacuum packed and shipped on dry ice via UPS to insure your complete satisfaction. Available methods include ground, 3 day, 2 day air, and overnight shipping.Orders must be in by 10am for next day shipping. U.P.S. and Fedex DO NOT count the day we ship as a day in transit and will not move perishable items over a weekend. Please indicate special shipping instructions in the comment box at checkout.We DO NOT RECOMMEND GROUND shipments during the summer months to pacific or mountain time zones.
If fresh as opposed to vacuum sealed is desired, please enter the word "fresh" in the comment box at check out.
