Boneless Ribeye
Boneless ribeye comes from the rib section of the cow, which is aft of the chuck or shoulder but before the sirloin areas. Boneless ribeyes are known to be fattier and thus thickly marbled making a tasty cut of beef. The extra fat pattern dispersed evenly throughout the rib section allows the boneless ribeye to be especially flavorful and succulent. Boneless ribeye is also called a Delmonico steak or scotch fillet, which is of Australian nature. Many professional chefs choose the boneless ribeye as their favorite cut of beef. The size of a boneless ribeye is usually within the range of 8-16 ounces, which is one to two servings of all natural beef.
