Ribeye Steak Roast
The ribeyeRoast is cut from the top of the Rib primal. As a Roastis known as a Standing Rib Roast or, more commonly, Prime Rib (though technically only if it is Prime grade Beef). The Rib-eye is a boneless cut. When the bone is attached it is called a RibRoast. While Ribeye Steaksare usually grilled, a Ribeye Steak Roast is
best cooked if SLOW roasted. This tender cut of Beef are taken from the aft
section of ribs and can comprise of 2 to 7 ribs in the total stack. If
they remain stacked, you have a Ribeye Steak Roast . The most common way of cooking a Ribeye Steak Roast is
to rub the entire Roast with olive oil, salt and pepper or our amazing "Almost Famous City Spice seasoning and
then slow Roast with dry heat in your oven. USDA Prime is the level of meat quality
used mostly by hotels and restaurants which provides the most flavor,
